If you feel unsure about what to eat, how to manage changing symptoms, or how to improve your long-term health, you are not alone. Many patients are trying to make healthy choices yet still feel fatigued, uncomfortable, or confused by conflicting advice.
Helping You Build Sustainable Health
with Personalised Clinical Nutrition
Wren Nutrition provides personalised, evidence-informed Clinical Nutrition support designed to bring clarity and direction.
Our consultation-led approach focuses on healthy ageing, metabolic health, hormonal balance, digestive wellbeing, and preventative care.
Rather than generic meal plans or one-off advice, patients receive thorough assessment, personalised care planning, and ongoing support. Recommendations are tailored to your health history, life stage, and goals so progress feels realistic and sustainable.
Consultations are available in clinic in Victor Harbor, in-home by arrangement, and online Australia-wide.
Clinical Nutrition Consultations
This is the core of care at Wren Nutrition. Consultations are structured, thorough, and designed to support long-term progress rather than short-term fixes.
Initial Consultation
Your first appointment is a comprehensive 60-minute session focused on understanding the full picture of your health. We explore your medical history, current symptoms, medications, dietary patterns, stress, sleep, lifestyle factors, and goals. Where relevant, pathology results are reviewed and interpreted within scope of practice.
Following your consultation, a personalised care plan is developed within one to three days. This includes practical, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle recommendations tailored specifically to you. A complimentary care plan review call ensures you understand the reasoning behind each recommendation and feel confident implementing your plan.
Additional support may also include customised meal planning tailored to individual health goals, and review of current medications within consultations to ensure recommendations are appropriate and aligned.
Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up appointments provide continuity of care. These sessions review progress, address challenges, refine strategies, and adjust recommendations based on your response. Standard and extended sessions are available depending on the level of support required.
This structured pathway ensures you are not left navigating change alone. You receive ongoing guidance, education, and accountability.
Consultations are available in clinic, in-home by arrangement within Victor Harbor and neighbouring towns, and online Australia-wide.

Workshops and Educational Masterclasses
Workshops and educational sessions form part of Wren Nutrition’s community-focused approach.
The goal of these sessions is to translate clinical nutrition knowledge into practical strategies that participants can confidently apply. Rather than overwhelming people with complex protocols or restrictive messaging, workshops focus on realistic approaches that support sustainable health over time.
Topics may include:
Healthy ageing and longevity
Metabolic health foundations
Gut health and digestion
Menopause and hormonal wellbeing
Hair health and nutritional support
Foundational wholefood nutrition principles
Workshops are intentionally calm, practical, and educational in tone. They avoid fear-based messaging and trend-driven advice, instead focusing on balanced, wholefood-based nutrition and sustainable behaviour change.
Who are these workshops for:
Sessions may be delivered for private groups, community organisations, schools, or workplaces. Workshops can also be delivered in collaboration with aligned local businesses or community spaces, supporting greater accessibility and health education within the Victor Harbor region.
These sessions provide an opportunity for individuals to learn in a relaxed group environment, ask questions, and leave with practical insights that support long-term health.
Clinical Assessment Tools
Clinical assessment tools are used to support personalised care and provide deeper insight into your overall health.
These tools help guide recommendations and allow progress to be monitored over time in a practical and meaningful way.
Body Composition Analysis (BIA) provides information about body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, and visceral fat indicators. The purpose of this assessment is not to focus solely on weight, but to understand how body composition relates to metabolic health, strength, and long-term wellbeing. Results are interpreted within a broader clinical context and explained in a supportive, educational way. Body Composition Analysis can be completed as part of a consultation or booked as a standalone assessment.
Pathology Interpretation may be included within consultations where relevant. Existing blood test results can be reviewed to help patients understand how markers such as blood glucose, cholesterol, and nutrient levels relate to nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Where appropriate, additional functional testing may also be recommended to provide further insight into underlying health patterns. This may include options such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), microbiome mapping or stool testing, and other relevant assessments. Testing is arranged through Wren Nutrition, with results carefully interpreted and explained as part of your ongoing care.
All recommendations are made within scope of practice and are tailored to the individual, ensuring any testing supports a clear and practical direction for your health.
